٢. رسوم الشحن وأوقات التوصيل التقديرية
نوفر حالياً الشحن إلى مصر والمملكة العربية السعودية برسوم ثابتة. للدول الأخرى، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر واتساب قبل إتمام الطلب للتأكد من إمكانية الشحن وتكلفته.

نشحن دولياً، لكن رسوم الشحن وأوقات التوصيل تختلف حسب البلد. قبل تقديم طلبك، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر واتساب للاستفسار عن تكلفة الشحن وتأكيد التوافر:

٤. تتبع الطلب
- بعد شحن طلبك، ستستلم رقم التتبع عبر واتساب أو وسيلة التواصل التي أدخلتها.
- يمكنك استخدام رقم التتبع على موقع شركة الشحن لمتابعة شحنتك.
- إذا لم تستلم رقم التتبع خلال يومَي عمل من تقديم الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا.
٥. شروط التوصيل
- تأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم هاتفك عند تقديم الطلب. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناتج عن معلومات غير صحيحة.
- في حال فشل محاولة التوصيل وإعادة الطرد إلينا، يتحمل العميل رسوم إعادة الشحن.
- رسوم الجمارك والضرائب المحلية (إن وُجدت) تقع على عاتق العميل.
٦. الطرود التالفة أو المفقودة
في حال وصول طلبك تالفاً أو تأكيد فقدانه من قِبل شركة الشحن، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الشحنة (أو من تاريخ التسليم المتوقع). سنتواصل مع شركة الشحن لحل المشكلة وترتيب استبدال أو استرداد حسب الحالة.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently offer shipping to Egypt and Saudi Arabia with flat-rate fees. For all other countries, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping cost.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or the contact information you provided.
- You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your shipment.
- If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
- If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
- Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment (or the expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
